FORT WAYNE – The Fort Wayne Housing Authority (FWHA) will be closing its Public Housing Waiting List on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 5:00PM and it will remain closed until further notice.

Any applications that are received after March 16, 2020 at 5:00PM will not be accepted or processed. FWHA will not hold on to any applications received to be processed once the waiting list reopens.

Those who wish to apply for the Public Housing Program prior to the closing of the waiting list may do so in person at FWHA’s Administrative Building located at 7315 Hanna Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46816 during normal business hours of Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, or online by visiting the Applicant Portal located on the home page of www.fwha.org. Applications can also be printed from the website by visiting www.fwha.org > Programs > Affordable Housing Programs > Public Housing. All mailed applications must be postmarked no later than March 16, 2020.
