Government Shutdown

The Fort Wayne Housing Authority (FWHA) remains open during the current partial government shutdown and will continue to provide all services as planned for our residents. We will also continue to pay our employees and vendors. While the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is one of several agencies affected by the shutdown, FWHA currently has the fiscal resources in place to ensure we are able to maintain operations and uphold our commitments within the Fort Wayne community. If we are faced with any challenges as the shutdown continues we will provide updates via our website and the media.
