Beacon Heights

Beacon Heights is located two miles northeast of downtown, near the intersection of State and Beacon streets.

Beacon Heights has 100 one-and two-bedroom units in a mid-rise elevator apartment building with amenities such as paid utilities, laundry facilities, window air conditioning units, and community and fitness rooms.  Beacon Heights provides apartment living for smaller, family oriented households.  It is centrally located near Parkview Randalia Hospital, Public Transportation, CVS Pharmacy and numerous restaurants.

Beacon Heights offers a variety of recreational activities, including monthly Bingo and Game Nights.  The Allen County Public Library Book Mobile visits monthly.  There is also a monthly grocery shopping bus trip available for residents.

You can join the Beacon Heights Resident Council which allows you to get to know the residents and become part of the community improvement projects.
