Scattered Sites

Scattered Site housing is comprised of 50 three- and four-bedroom single family-homes throughout the City of Fort Wayne.

As of 2019, all Scattered Site houses had recently received new roofing, siding, furnaces and air conditioning units.  Scattered Sites offer families a traditional residential neighborhood feel with large lawn ares and garages.
