Dan Kuleff has been with FWHA for eight years and brings with him over 38 years of experience in maintenance and construction management. He began as the Multi-Site Maintenance Superintendent and is now the Modernization and Construction Coordinator where he is responsible for planning for Capital Fund projects, preparing for Real Estate Assessment Inspections (REAC), managing new construction and rehab projects, and maintaining strong maintenance practices within FWHA.
